How does set of protactic golf clubs compare to a set of ram golf clubs?

protactic: steel drivers; ram: graphite drivers

I have used RAM woods, they suck. the shaft material doesn't really except for the fact that the graphite shafts are lighter and will add2-3 MPH swing speed. I have never used protactic woods, so i'd go with those
